Keeping You Informed
Whether you are a techno-wizard
or simply prefer direct human contact we have a number of ways to
keep you informed throughout the repair procedure.
- Automated text messages are sent direct to your mobile phone
as various stages of the pre-repair procedure, when work commences
on the vehicle and a day before we expect the vehicle to be completed.
- Track Your Repair online at your own convenience by entering
your registration and job reference number by clicking on the
link on this page. Once the repair is scheduled this provides
information about expected start dates for each repair task and
when these tasks are completed. Please note this is for guidance
only and expected start dates cannot be guaranteed. Dates will
reschedule automatically as changes occur to resources, parts
availability and other factors beyond our control.
- We endeavour to telephone you every three to four days to update
you on the vehicle progress. Alternatively if you prefer us to
simply call when the vehicle is complete please let us know.
For automated updates please ensure
we have your correct mobile and e-mail details. If you do not wish
to receive any automated updates please quote your reference number
and ask for these to be switched off.

We provide a comprehensive computer
generated tracking system uploaded to this website twice a day direct
from the bodyshop's time capture system as your vehicle progresses
through the repairs process.
While the Completed Dates are
accurate we cannot guarantee the Expected Start Dates as there are
a number of influencing factors which may cause delays (see Frequently
Asked Questions). Future dates should be used as a guide only.
You will always be contacted
the afternoon/evening before your vehicle is due to be returned
to confirm arrangements.
