Qualified Estimator required.
Experience with Audatex is essential. The successful candidate must
have good negotiation skills and will be required to carry out both
on site and mobile estimating duties. As a Kitemark accredited bodyshop
all estimators are trained to ATA standard and would be expected
to achieve Estimator ATA accreditation.

Quality Controller - £ to be agreed.
- Lincolnshire Branch
The successful candidate will
be responsible for continued quality throughout the repair process
ensuring the correct methods and all corresponding documentation
is completed in line with our quality control procedure. Must have
experience as a panel or paint technician, preferably both, and
use the experience you have gained to demonstrate your knowledge
to the team. You will be working alongside the Production Manager
and must have excellent inter-personal skills to motivate and maximize
efficiency while maintaining quality.

Body Fitters/Mechanics - £15,600 to £22,800pa.
- South Yorkshire Branch
The successful applicant shall
have a proven track record and be a full qualified and experience
mechanic. Must be conversant with all modern vehicles up to 3.5
tonnes.
Experience using 4 wheel laser
alignment and air conditioning equipment is advantageous however
full training will be given. NVQ Level 3 is preferred however the
successful applicant will receive support to gain Senior MET ATA
technical accreditation.

required. Experience with Korek floor-inset jigs, Shark ultrasonic
measuring system and Car-O-Liner Bench Rack/Car-O-Tronic Measuring
System would be an advantage. Panel Technicians with an efficiency
of 130% or higher should expect to earn from £25,000pa.

Driver - £6.50 per hour plus overtime (OTE £17,000pa).
Applicants must hold C1 + E licence
categories and have good knowledge of the local area. Experience
of basic mechanical knowledge would be an advantage. Must be of
smart appearance as the position involves working closely with customers.
Production Manager -£
to be agreed + performance related bonuses.
A key role within the bodyshop
bringing together people in your team to achieve targets. This person
must be able to lead, work with and motivate people. Must be well
organized and able to make quick-thinking decisions. Extensive knowledge
of the repair industry and methodology is essential.

The successful applicant will
be conscientious, must have good computer skills and be able to
manage time efficiently. Previous experience of working within a
busy parts department is essential. This demanding role requires
excellent mediation skills between technicians and suppliers.
