Paint Technician - OTE £35,000pa.

Branch: Lincolnshire

Fully skilled paint technician required. Experience with water-based products is essential. Paint Technicians with an efficiency of 160% or higher should expect to earn from £35,000pa.

An Experienced Mechanical Technician is required to operate a mobile service to our 3 busy crash repair centres in Sleaford, Newark and near Rotherham.

Glass fitting and diagnostic testing experience preferred although ATA training will be provided in line with our Kitemark accreditations.

Body Fitters/Mechanics - £15,600 to £22,800pa.

The successful applicant shall have a proven track record and be a full qualified and experience mechanic. Must be conversant with all modern vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.

Experience using 4 wheel laser alignment and air conditioning equipment is advantageous however full training will be given. NVQ Level 3 is preferred however the successful applicant will receive support to gain Senior MET ATA technical accreditation.

Customer Liaison Advisor

Applications are invited from candidates who have some experience of working in a customer service environment and may now be looking for increased responsibilities. The ability to work in a team is essential with an aptitude for quick problem solving.

Customer Liaison Manager

The successful candidate will lead the customer liaison team in a busy demanding environment. Experience of working within the accident repair industry would be desirable.

Mechanical Technician - £ to be agreed.

We welcome applications from improvers or skilled technicians who no longer wish to work with paint application. Preparation Technicians with an efficiency of 125% or higher should expect to earn from £25,000pa.

Paint Technician - OTE £35,000pa.

Branch: Lincolnshire

Fully skilled paint technician required. Experience with water-based products is essential. Paint Technicians with an efficiency of 160% or higher should expect to earn from £35,000pa.

Parts Person - £ to be agreed.

The successful applicant will be conscientious, must have good computer skills and be able to manage time efficiently. Previous experience of working within a busy parts department is essential. This demanding role requires excellent mediation skills between technicians and suppliers.

Production Manager -£ to be agreed + performance related bonuses.

A key role within the bodyshop bringing together people in your team to achieve targets. This person must be able to lead, work with and motivate people. Must be well organized and able to make quick-thinking decisions. Extensive knowledge of the repair industry and methodology is essential.

Recovery & Transportation Driver - £6.50 per hour plus overtime (OTE £17,000pa).

Applicants must hold C1 + E licence categories and have good knowledge of the local area. Experience of basic mechanical knowledge would be an advantage. Must be of smart appearance as the position involves working closely with customers.

Valeters - to be agreed.

Vehicle Damage Assessors - attractive salary (to be agreed).

Qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor required. Experience with Audatex is essential. The successful candidate must have good negotiation skills and will be required to carry out both on site and mobile estimating duties. As a Kitemark accredited bodyshop all Vehicle Damage Assessors are trained to ATA standard and would be expected to achieve Vehicle Damage Assessor ATA accreditation.

Workshop Controller/Quality Controller - £ to be agreed.

The successful candidate will be working directly under the Group Production Manager.

You will be responsible for ensuring scheduled work flows through the bodyshop on time to achieve targets whilst ensuring continued quality throughout the repair process, correct methods, and documentation is completed in line with our Kitemark accredited quality control procedure.

Leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and a background in panel and paint are essential for this role to motivate and maximize efficiency. You will be given full training and support in our procedures to carry out this role.
