Your right to choose
As the owner of a vehicle you
have the right to choose where it is to be repaired following an
accident.
At aw direct we are approved
for many of the leading insurance companies and while we have a
direct computer link to all insurers we do not wish to be contracted
to all of them.
However we can be authorised
to carry out repairs at your request and deal directly with your
insurance company on your behalf.
You will normally need to make
just one telephone call to your insurance company to obtain a claim
number and nominate AW Accident Repair Centres to carry out the
work.
In return for your nomination
we can give you the discount by offering up to £100* off your
excess.
*The amount of discount
awarded is dependent on the value of repairs to be carried out and
your insurance provider. Where AW Accident Repair Centres is already
approved for your insurance company no discount off excess will
be awarded. A complete table of discounts can be viewed at the company's
headquarters on request.

customer you will still receive from us all the benefits your insurer's
approved repairer can provide including:
- free courtesy car for the duration of the repair;
- free collection and delivery;
- courtesy clean (interior and exterior);
- only one estimate required;
- all work fully guaranteed for a minimum of three years;
- guaranteed safety standards and ability to repair Advanced High
Strength Steels.
In addition, as an aw direct
customer you can:
- track your vehicle progress online;
- be assured your vehicle is in the safe hands of a local established
company;
- claim up to £100* off your excess.
